I was thinking about this for my dog...

Although he already has the ears for it without the costume.

Maybe you should go as the Mask cos Jim Carrey's character has a Jack Russell.

MandyBlake 09-24-2007 12:39 PM

i would love to, but only one of my three dogs can do the costume thing.
cj doesn't care.
shorty doesn't move if you put even a tshirt on him.
and moomoo is a big girl like her mommy. nothing would fit her. :)

What's your address again? I want to know so Animal Control doesn't get lost when I call them to rescue your dog.

BradM 09-24-2007 03:16 PM

People who dress up their dogs need help. I would NEVER put my dog in clothing. It's a sick scary trend. :[

it is also cruel and demeaning and shows how selfish, clueless and thoughtless the owner is :disgust

If you do you should seek psychiatric help.
Or at least one session with Cesar Milan.

This is my little guy. Last year he was El Diablo, the year before he was Ship Wreck from GI Joe- little sailor hat and everything.

Bro Media - BANNED FOR LIFE 09-24-2007 03:25 PM

anybody who dresses their animals should be slapped and then have their animals taken away by peta

Bell 09-24-2007 03:30 PM

I've not yet ever dressed up one of my pets...
but I do have a huge ceramic goose that has outfits...

LOL...

I was discussing business Ops with someone recently...
someone with too much time on their hands...
wanting me to invest in getting them set up in their own business...

and a pet specialty store with pet clothes was one of the items on the list...

there's alot of discressionary income - related to pets - out there to be had...

Omg that is sooooo cute!
I love pugs.

As far as the responses in this thread, it seems people either love it or they hate it & think the rest of us should be reported! :1orglaugh

nico-t 09-24-2007 03:55 PM

dressing up animals is one of the dumbest things mankind has ever come up with.

I've never dressed up my animals (birds don't take too well to costumes) but I have used my parrot as a "living prop" for a pirate costume
