Everyone has different tastes .. I got a few ICQs from peeps telling me that image didn't convey any feelings or moods to them ...
My answer was to each they're own. That I was sure some people would appreciate that image more then the other

thanks, One of my favorites too ... Mostly because it was a difficult image to light correctly and unfortunelty I had to use photoshop to get the proper texture on the skin .. I'm sure there is a way to do in camera, I just haven't figured it out yet ...

I got an other session booked for thursday .. gonna try something different again

I really like the first one.

Second one looks a bit artificial for my tastes.

Third one's nice... I like the way the use of shadow balances the disproportionate arm-length.

do you use any software filters ?

nope no firmware or thrid party software, appart from photoshop to get the skin texture I wanted

Looks great! What kind of camera are you shooting with?

I have a nikon D100
that image was taken with my 18 - 200 lens.

I aslo keep a Fuji S1 as a back up camera and for shoots where High color saturation is important (I find that fuji's color treatement is good for images of that kind)

the fuji S1 uses akaline batteries to run the whole camera and and is based on Nikon F series cameras with Nikon Bayanets .. making it an excellent Back up camera.
