All Smokers - Get Your Ass In Here

Cigs taste so dam good in the morning, with that cup of hot coffee. Life is good, or so you think. If you are thinking about quitting, read on. If your not, GFY.

I went on oxygen about a year ago, because I had developed a bad case of pneumonia from smoking way too much. I was coughing up blood, it was so bad. So Doc put me on oxygen. I was such a silly fuck that I continued to smoke, thinking that this would all go away. Well it didn't, and the pneumonia came back, even worst. Now I had two choices, smoke and die, or stop and get better. Well I stopped, and let me tell you it was one of the hardest things I ever did, but I did it cold turkey.

Now your saying to yourself, this can't happen to me. Yea right, I was one of those people, working out in the gym, walking a lot, and the shit still hit me.

So ok enough preaching. I can now walk for three minutes without needing oxygen, and they say if I keep working out the right way, I will be off oxygen in two months. That will be cool! So if you still smoke after reading this, then you are one silly ass hole for sure.

Sure your chances are really good at hitting the lotery too, but I would not count on it. If you smoke, you are fucking up your lungs, that is a fact. But like you, I was to dumb to see.

Good post, I'm glad you were able to finally "kick the habit" (how innocent sounding huh? More like "rip yourself away from the most deadly legal drug there ever was")

8 years cig-free this January here.

Once you've kicked nicotine, you realize that you're capable of doing anything you set your mind to, in my experience.
