Something to say about yesterday and today? Too bad for me.

CCbill and Epoch... I've sites of my own. I think processors are fine because we track join button clicks, declines etc. Traffic dropped suddenly, I wonder if it's a common issue lately.

I'm looking closely at this from the surfers POV and getting the message. He does not want to pay $30 a month recurring.

With this tour the membership that gets 90% of the joins is $5 for 3 days.

I will be talking to some of my affiliates to test it with a lot of traffic and see what can be done. The problem is if joins are 3 times better we all lose money. Need to also see what the rejoins do. Too early at the moment.

My feeling has been for a long time that we need to adapt to 2007/8 and meet the surfers needs. It might be that this time next year the number of surfers who will pay $30 will be so reduced as to not be profitable for anyone.

yeah, same here, but I have bad sales with a few well-know nats programs... I will public my stats soon

Don't make the mistake of thinking all customers are the same for all websites. On our products, members are more likely to pay full price as opting for a trial or reduced price membership. And as prices go up, overall conversion ratios go up and more importantly, profit for our affiliates and ourselves. I've tried it multiple times with our products and this is always the result.

Lowering price is what cause the downward spiral of the VHS/DVD market. The same will happen in online adult to all except companies known for quality sites by both resellers and consumers. All others will be fighting over the pennies left over. You choose if you want to be known as a premium product or a discount product, but don't lump all programs and sites together. :2 cents:

ccbill ratios are normal over here

The month started off pretty poor - partly my own fault and partly down to slower sales.

Its really picked up in the last 5 days - again down to myself and sales getting better. :)

Problem will be once one goes that route another follows and another follows. Will the customer be happy with a bit less quality for a cheaper price?

I'd rather be fighting over the pennies left over than not fighting at all.

If you have something different, high quality the customer HAS to pay more for you will survive, if you're delivering something no better than what is half the price elsewhere don't expect customers to stay.

Do you buy shirts produced in the US, EU or China?

If fall, you follow or get left behind.
