Unofficial SnowGathering 2008
 

As you all know there were some problems with the last SnowGathering on Iceland :(

Because of that and because of the fact that hosting a show is a LOT of work there won't be an official SnowGathering anymore. However, the 2006 show in Kaprun was a big success. Therefore I thought it maybe would be nice to go skiing/snowboarding with a small group of people. The date would be 5 - 9 March 2008 in Kaprun, Austria. Eventually we can make it 1 week (2-9 March).

All I will do in that case is arranging the hotel and that's all. If you are interested email me ASAP to maurice at freeones dot com

is kaprun far from lermoos? i'll be there the week before. hoping for better snow this year as i was ice boarding last year :(

Unfortunately we missed the 2006 event, yet were one of the first on the 2007 event list. (on a side note: screw radisson, i am purposely staying at the krasnapolsky this week, just because i am not paying for a room in radisson again after that iceland stunt. Gotta have principles, right Maurice? :winkwink: ). The 2008 event sounds interesting, lets see how it works out, will shoot you an email tomorrow.

Howmuch i see radison is still oficial hotel at many shows...

yes like many people, when i saw webmaster access picked radisson for the amsterdam show, it kinda made me go wtf :x. This is the 3rd amsterdam show i attend, and never have i heard that people are so "scattered" around amsterdam then with this show. Loads of people staying at the krasnapolsky etc.

shit im already in austria and im down to ride anytime.

I attended the Kaprun Snowgathering, and it was one of my best shows, and one heck of an experience. The whole freeones crew organized an amazing event, very memorable.

I am defenitly up for some skiing whenever you deciced guys, count me in.

Also I cant wait for amsterdam:)
