Who makes better pizza?
Vote now bitch!
|
While Pizza Hut makes a better pizza out of the two, I would like to testify that both suck ass when compared to a good local pizza joint.
|
Papa Johns

Just those two? What about Papa Johns?
Of those two Pizza Hut, but don't sell Domino's short, their buffalo wings do pretty good. |
Chuck E Cheese's Where a Kid Can Be a Kid!
They have the best pizza, and it's not messy and they use lot's of cheese. Mmmmm good!:) |

mmmm Pizza!
I dont eat much pizza... so a slice from anywhere is BLISS!!! |
Both of those pizza joints suck ass. Cheap and shitty. You always pay for what you get.
As someone else said, go local. |
those places make pizza?! :throwup
|
Pizza Hut is good, but overpriced, Dominos pizzas get skimpier and skimpier. Take and bake is the way to go.
If anyone is up in Seattle, we have got a good place or two to try. How about The Rock? Great pizza and brews. |
New York City pizza is the best shit on earth ;)
|
You won't believe this unless you try it ...
but Frushcetta Sauce Stuffed Crust is really excellent :thumbsup PH doesn't deliver in our area.. and Dominos sucks. |
I worked at Pizza Hut as a driver in my youth. A medium pan pizza, just the crust, has 1 cup of vegetable oil in it. Fear the pan pizza.
|
Blech, dominos :(
|
I just ate pizza hut :thumbsup
|
Abbott Pizza
1020 Abbott Road Buffalo, NY best damn Pizza around |
i like cripsy chessy pizza :P~~~
|
I used to work at p-hut too man, wow was it a drag...Haha not really! We did insane things you coudln't even dream of...well you most likely do them if you are a little crazy...
|
i used to manage a Pizza Hut in Toronto about a decade ago. There is absolutely no love put into the food. Everything is about weighing the exact amount of ingredients... Any local joint operated by the owner is the way to go for me.

Have you tried to make your own? Yeast, water, flour, salt...
That's very yummy, too :) |
Key Pizza, located in Fishtown neighborhood, Philadelphia Pa, its right near memphis and susequhanna ave, off Girard.
$3.99 is a large pie, I drive in from Plymouth Meeting PA to get one on the weekends (30 mins each way, 1 slice in the truck on the drive back up 76 home) Bacon pie is the bomb!!!!..... or most other corner pizza shops in the philly area. |
i'd have to say pappa johns but unfortunately pizza hut is hella closer
|
What the fuck are with these 2 shitty choices?
You have one place that makes sponges for tanker oil spills, tops it with cheese, and puts it in a box. And the other place that cuts slices as thinly as my dick and gives you cheese you can sometimes play tug-of-war with. (If you can't tell, I'm passionate about my pizza) |
Lorenzo's on south street.
:Buck: |
hey a few of my buddy's used to work at papa johns, you know its policy that they leave their toppings sitting out on counter for days until they are gone. Sometimes they will even get mold/brown growing shit on them and your just supposed to scrape it off and throw it on the pizza. That shit is nasty
|
They both suck ass! You haven't had pizza till you've come to Chicago! And that's a fact! :thumbsup
|
I love pizza from Pizza Hut, but I think it's a big difference if you eat your pizza in Berlin, London or New York. The pizza in Berlin is very good, New Yorks Pizza Hut pizza is okay, but I don't like the Pizza Hut pizza they make in London.
|
Any pizza place in Jersey has all you beat.
|
Pan pizza is nasty shit.
While I don't eat healthy myself, I still consider it disturbing. |
I like Dominos crust better than Pan pizza from the Hut, but stuffed crust kicks ass... Like a NY pizza with cheeze inside. Perfect! Also, Pizza Hut has better topings and stuff. Mmm.
|
you don't need cheese inside the crust. . .
the basic design of pizza doesn't need to be improved, as long as it's made right . . . LOTS of cheese . . . ON TOP |
they both suck.
tahoe pizza company rocks. |
Pizza Pizza (with dipping sauce) yum yum and basically any pizza in Italy (different but very good)
Hey fellow Ontario residents: does anyone remember Pizza Delight? There are still a few of those kickin around in remote parts. I used to have them for pizza day when I was in Public school and they were great! :thumbsup |
Gotta agree with a few points above, PH is better out of the two, but in most places a good local joint will kick PH's ass. We've got a reasonably good local chain that do a stuffed crust. We've been eating Papa Johns though lately 'cause they've only just appeared in the UK and I LOOOOOVE that dipping sauce (even if it is artery clogging yumminess). I also like to make my own although I don't usually bother...all that dough raising takes forever.
Also, I worked in a PH for a little while and while I agree that they are very careful with measurements, the measurements are fairly generous compared to what you can get elsewhere. Also I was impressed by the level of cleanliness I saw. This probably doesn't hold true in all their restaurants (or most restauraunts full stop, some places are NASTY) but the couple I drove delivery for were clean and quick. Of course when you start talking about European Pizza (proper pizza in reality) with lovely thin crispy crust and so forth you've gotta go with local pizzarias in whatever town you are travelling in. We don't have any good places here where I live at the moment but we were in France a few weeks ago, place in the lower alps about an hours drive over the mountain from Italy called Annecy, and there were SEVERAL fantastic pizzarias in that town. Gotta be careful you know what you are ordering though or else you might get mussles on your pizza! Can you tell I like pizza??:eatmouse :xomunch :glugglug |
