What kind of bread do you eat?
I started eating this multi-grain bread by Orowheat (or something) after usually just eating regular wheat bread. I swear there is a rock in my intestines. My body must be going through shock, it has no idea what to do with this stuff!
Is this normal? Will it get better as my body gets used to this kind of bread? I don't feel bad and my stomach doesn't hurt... it just feels like there is a rock in there! |

I just make sure there is no high-fructose corn syrup in it. It's harder than you think to find bread without it. I also look for the least amount of ingredients as possible.

Whole grain always, mostly rye, 100% whole wheat, and sometimes... pumpernickle.

I can't resist a hot loaf of Italian or French bread..
If I'm ever up early in the morning for a walk & I pass a bakery, just the smell in the air & I'm in the door to buy a fresh hot loaf & will rip chunks out & eat about half of it before getting home.. Nice & tasty when it's piping hot & soft.. For sandwiches, I like Potato bread & whole wheat.. For toast, nothing like cinnamon & raisin bread with melted butter.. Fuck white bread.. can't stand the shit.. Oh, love those middle eastern pitas too.. fucking great to rip apart & dip into some hummous |
It'll get better as your body adjusts to eating heartier bread, I'm sure.

Depends on what bread at the bread bakery catches my attention or if I have a special need for a certain type. They all are freshly baked, no crap hidden in them, so forth.
As for your rock, it should only take 12 to 30 hours for anything you eat to pass. Twelve is if your more on the healthy high fiber area and up to or beyond thirty if you do not eat much fiber at all. Though that is sort of hard to do unless you never ate much veggies and things before this bread. |
Whole wheat or multi-grain that does not use bleached flour.

Ezekiel brand sprouted grain bread. I like the cinammon raisin flavor. Sprouted grain bread is a type of bread made without flour from a recipe in the Bible. It's very healthy to eat despite being a little coarse to the tongue, but tastes nice if you toast it.
