This is definitely something to appeal should he lose the case.

The fact that they dropped charges in one county and re-filed them in another just to get a better jury for themselves is acting in bad faith.

It would certainly cause some sort of satisfaction to see this guys ass in prison...what a shame, it was an awesome program, they still owe me money as well, but made me loads, too.
