Why LLC name some advantages vs S or C corp
 

Just a general discussion here on some ways to set up your Empire.

No real advantages over an S corp and you definitely don't want a C corp (you'l have to pay corp taxes and personal taxes). If your an LLC you still have to file your taxes as a partnership or an S corp.

The only advantages you see is a bit more separation in dealing with environmental issues if you were going to do anything involving EPA standards.

It's just the new way of doing the same old thing.

heres an idea... how about your incorporate your company...first of all... as an LLC you complete idiot, not an s or c corp

You don't want or need a C Corp. The primary difference between an LLC and S-Corp is that with an S-Corp, you can save on self employment tax. It's a little more paperwork, but if you're making good money, worth it.
