I think there is nothing wrong with that.. especially if you took your usual sleeping pill - or when forgot to take it. When fall's coming we can use more sleep, the days get shorter and whatnot. You were real tired and needed a longer rest. That's it.

Can it be the sign of a flu or cold coming... hopefully not.

Changing of meds, working yourself thin (lack of sleep), high blood sugar, or depression. If it's only once, I wouldn't worry about it BUT I'd still check it out.
