        Sorry to piss on the parade, but he is a republican, and that means at this point he has little or no chance to get elected. He would do better if he left the republican party and went "third party" at this point.

        After Bush, the democrats could get a ham sandwich elected president (and most of their candidates are about that level).

          But the sad part is that the democrats will still fuck it up and a republican will be the next US president.

            He is an attractive candidate in many ways, but I worry that his policy of strict non-interventionism would cause worse problems than Iraq in the long term.
