In court I am pretty sure it is HARD for a dad to get full temporary custody. It doesn't look good AT ALL, and I would venture to say 8 out of 10 times, the temporary will become permanent unless she gets some serious help, and really puts some thought into changing her ways.

True...my dad was one of a few men who won his kids in custody back in the 70's...things have changed somewhat today...but it still holds true that the woman will win a majority of the time.

Now you take into consideration that she's a famous, very rich pop star, there's some pretty deep stuff going on inside this battle that we are not familiar with. Much worse than what we're seeing.

I was reading some where that a former bodyguard of hers testified to nudity with children around and also that Britney does drugs. That certainly explains why she acts out of it like Anna Nicole Smith used to and some of the other stars. I think she is just somewhat neglectful. Don't thinkshe hurts her kids, but I do think she is not doing her job as a mom
