Not sure what you mean by bulk screen shots but I use this software to take snippets:

Works really well for what I use it for.

By bulk I mean I have a ton of sites I need shots for and being able to input all the urls at once or any other time saving method would be much appreciated. I should have been more specific.

I had the same deal and just did it manually using paintshop pro and an html link list of the sites...

I keep an updated copy of paintshop pro, I always use it unless I'm working on something real serious which requires photoshop. I find it easy and fast, and the screen cap utility is my favorite.

Anyway, I made up a quick HTML page with a list of links to the sites and set my paintshop pro screen cap to "focused window" and hot key F1.

Then simply clicked on each page and hit the hotkey when it loaded, hit back and do it again and again. Only takes a few minutes, unless you are capturing hundreds or thousands, but great full quality screen caps.

Then just save the images and used Thumbs plus (or similar) to bulk resize them, and layout the thumbnail page so you can use it how you like.

What you are talking about would be a nice little app though, someone should whip it up in VB or something. Load a list of URL's, set size of image and place to save them and hit the button. Could come in handy, but I don't have the time to mess with it.
