Muslim terrorism in Europe

In 2006 there were 406 acts of terrorism in Europe. Just one (not 1 % but ONE act of terrorism) was committed by a Muslim group. 70% were committed by different separatist organizations and 20% by left and right radical groups.

Yet in 386 cases, media declared Muslims as prime suspects. Funny :)

Yeah so? Just take a look at all conflicts raging throughout the world and see how many involve Muslims.

Cite your source.
When you make a statement like that you better have something more than Wikipedia to back it up!

In 2006 there were 406,007 acts of beastiality in Europe. Just one (not 1 % but ONE act of beastiality) was committed by someone other than donnie. 70% were committed by donnie alone and 20% by donnie and his girlfriend.

Yet in 386,000 cases, media declared rednecks as prime suspects. Funny :)

Making up numbers is fun!

What is your source for this statistic?
Did you pull it out of your ass or do you have reputable source?

everestcash 09-16-2007 11:44 AM

The stats are really funny

Report 2007—Europol reports that across the EU there were 498 terrorist attacks in 2006. These include:

- 424 “ethno-nationalist and separatist” (mostly in France and Spain)
- 55 “left-wing and anarchist” (mainly Greece , Italy, Spain and Germany)
- 1 failed Islamist terrorist attack (in Germany, plus two more attempts allegedly foiled in Denmark and the UK)
- 1 right-wing terrorist attack (in Poland)

wrong buddy, many of those seperatists were muslim by nature...

its all derived by muslims, chechnya, kashmir, thailand, phillipines, darfur, somalia etc ,

and europe, think of how many terrorism acts were pprevented . they never give up...ill give them that

if u feel no threat, look in history where they were ignored and then they became so much of a bigger threat over time

u cant ignore them

Jai 09-16-2007 11:58 AM

also forgot to say..these seperatist groups in eu ..u consider killing 1 person or beating 1 person a act of terrorism?

when islamic terrorist do somethingm, they kill and terroize in big big ways and numbers..

its how u look at numbers

i dont care if 1% of terrorist acts where muslim

You should REALLY look up a definition of a word "separatist" :2 cents:

But in any case, most were NOT Muslims. Most are French and Spanish separatists.

The Hague, 10 April 2007

First Terrorism Situation and Trend Report of Europol released

The Hague - The Netherlands.

The first EU Terrorism Situation and Trend Report TE-SAT 2007 produced by Europol was presented today in the European Parliament in Brussels by Director Max-Peter Ratzel.

The TE-SAT 2007 provides an overview of the phenomenon of terrorism in the EU from the law enforcement perspective. This approach provides a solid basis for decision making both in the Member States and at EU level.

Terrorism is not a new phenomenon in the EU. Nevertheless, in the twenty-first century, the threat posed by terrorism to Member States is more serious than ever. TE-SAT illustrates very well the existence of this continuous threat. It indicates that 498 attacks were carried out by Islamist, separatist, left-wing and anarchist terrorist groups in eleven Member States in 2006. A total of 706 individuals suspected of terrorism offences were arrested in 15 Member States in 2006.

This report for the first time collates all statistical data on the terrorist attacks and plots in the EU as well as provides details on the where, whom and how of terrorist activities. Director Ratzel thanked the Member States services Eurojust and SITCEN for contributing data and analysis to the report.

TE-SAT 2007, being a public document, allows EU citizens to get acquainted with the major results of Europol activities which normally are not publicised due to their confidentiality.

Idiots like you are the reason I don?t debate on GFY.

Lookup definitions of a words "terrorism" and "separatist" and then come back.
