redezra.com is offline...

I made a difficult decision tonight - I have taken my members site redezra.com offline. - The theft and free porn glut have become overwhelming - The 2257 record keeping liability is also a big factor in this decision. Being a primary producer carries a huge responsibility and carrying the burden has become too much to handle. So...before I get hit up for my content forget it - not for sale.

I will continue to shoot for my fine art print and book projects. I'm sure I will have an online store selling these items direct to collectors.

and...

I am still available for hire as a Photographer, Director, or Director of Photography. So, if you think i won't be around posting dribble late at night think again :321GFY

Damn, David...that is a sad testimony to our times, that one of the top shooters in the biz closes his doors because of content theft and bureaucracy.

Hope to see you back online soon...

You may want to consider DRM or some other solution, such as partnering up with a larger company that has the manpower to deal with the issues that are causing you to go offline.

I will always have mad respect for you... :thumbsup

This is really a shame... Sorry to hear it since your work should be seen since is raises the bar for the rest of us.

hm man i am newbie and i know how hard is to keep hard work alive, but ... first i always have in my brain ... dont let the bastards get you down! in real life, on the internet, there are many people trying to make problems there, there, everywhere ... but now, they won! ... sorry to say ... respect and keep up the great photographers work!

Wow this is bad news :(

thanks everybody but it is best to take the work offline - I'm going old school and probably show the work in art galleries and try to get some books rolling - just a different medium instead of dealing with the burden of the internet probs everyday - takes the creativity out for me and bums me out
