Apple is the lamest company on earth, if you're not counting AT&T

So I decide to treat myself to an iPhone today, only to find out later that it won't work with an AT&T business account

Apparently they want you to make a personal account and pay an extra $60 per month

Well FUCK you AT&T, I guess having 20 phone lines with you guys isn't enough to unlock my fucking iPhone

Now I have to unlock it the hard way... great

Does everyone not ask questions before buying stuff?

didnt they just take $200 off of them too? I know someone that bought one the day they came out, he was pissed about the no Business deal but bought the personal plan just for the phone.

They don't care. Their service is the worst. I have not been able to get a dial tone on my DSL line for the last week and a half due to some fuckup they have going on right now. When I asked the stupid bitch why they couldn't do anything right, she apologized for the inconvenience as best she could with her horrible English and then explained that they would be crediting me for the time my service was out. The way she said it was as if she had just bestowed a great gift upon me, that she was putting her job and life at risk to give to me. How fucking generous of them. They wont charge me for service when they didn't provide any. Aren't they wonderful? I explained to her that she could take the service credit and shove it up her ass, I want uptime and uninterrupted service, not a fucking outage credit.
