Is the mushroom ban in effect now or is it just a proposal at this point in time?

Does it effect locals as well as tourists? or just tourists? Does anyone have any details or can you find this information out .

Did the ban by the mayor for the three day waiting period pass? or is it still up for something that could become real soon? or did it get turned down?

no and it won't for at least another 2 to 4 years
