Verisign price increase and Moniker special offer!
Many of you may not be aware of the price increase that Verisign has enacted for the .com and .net extensions. The price increase will be $2.10 over the next 4 years, which translates roughly into $0.53 per year. The initial price increase will take place on October 15th, and will be applied to all registrations, renewals, and transfers taking place after the 15th.
You can save money by registering, renewing and transferring your names NOW, and in an effort to facilitate this, Moniker is offering a reduction in the registration, renewal, and transfer of .com and .net domain names to the prices of $6.85 for .COMs, and $5.00 for .NETs!
This offer is only going to be available until October 10th. Although it might be a bit of a hit on the wallet or pocketbook, I recommend renewing your domains out to the 10 year limit to take advantage of this offer. If you have already paid for multiple years then you are kind of "grandfathered" in and will not have to pay the difference for those "prenewed" years.
