USA and Germany.

Pretty much the main English speaking countries and countries where they have a solid knowledge of English (ex. Germany).

It's tricky getting into the foreign market and converting well.

Most people from germany understand very little english. Everything on the german TV channels is translated to german.
To bill german people you get the best convertions with sites in german, using direct debit and / or german drop charge numbers to charge the users phonebill.
