High school
were you a Jock or a Geek.
Popular, Loner, class clown,Nerd,Stoner ETC I was a Stoner Personally Never played sports in High school just got High all the time. Got kicked out of One high school. what were you? I like going down memory lane and see what everyone else was up to back then. |
geek and a loner in a crowd. dropped out of high school junior year (2nd of 3 years for this one).
i hated high school and would never repeat it if i could, and further would never wish it upon anyone else. |
jock, popular, kind of smart...I went to school with mostly black folks so I was the cool white boy :)
|
Kinda kewl how people go thru life much differant and end up in the same place.
|
I was the pervert who took pictures of the girls in the changing rooms and now I've evolved into the pervert who sells the pictures that I took in that lockerroom....
|
I was a loadie (basically same as a stoner, but we also "took in" the oddballs, nutjobs, spazs, geeks, nerds, fuckfaces and sluts)
I also hung out with the "devil kids" we were all mucho cool with pentagrams and Satanic band logos adorning our bookcovers and drinking cow's blood and stuff... I was also a ROTC geek and I hated the jocks except for when they bought my "party supplies". The great unknown secret amongst the ROTC geeks was we had very liberal chaperone policies on field trips (and in Wyoming at that time, the drinking age was still 18) and our trips were to places like San Diego, Pensacola, etc. Sadly, the secret got out and ROTC became infiltrated with jocks and preppy bitches, but luckily the big invasion was staved off until I graduated. The jocks also learned that if they wanted to go into the military after high school, that if they had a couple years of ROTC they went in as an E3 paygrade. |
I was the rocker guy with the hot girlfriend and the Misfits t-shirt and black Chucks.
|
i was with the Surfer clique, and moonlighted as a mix of class clown/bully
|
No idea. But I had good friends from every clique. So what am I? Usually hung out around the guitar guys and death metal guys though...
|
oops...
|
i was the guy that was friends w/ everyone. would probably say i was popular, but it was a class of 1392 so it didn't matter. there were lots of groups(depending on what they preferd was fun-- drugs, alcohol, neither), and i would hang out with any of them. hung out w/ the cheerleaders and some jocks. i was also the drunk guy... so i don't know where that puts me...
|
non of the above...
isn't there an "normal" option? |
I was neither one, just myself
|
I did it all ! Stoner drinker partier...as well as the kid that made it on the A honor roll. Go figure !!!!
|
football jock. All city DT and played some fullback 3 years in a row. We were city champions 2 years in a row (junior and senior years). Those were the good days.,..football practice and head from the cheerleaders..
|
I was that kid that fit in every group. I hung out pretty much with everyone, and got along with everyone. I wouldnt say i was popuplar, but i was far from a nerd. I was the one voted most likely to succeed my junior and senior year! i hope they were right!
|
Skater thru and thru...friends with jocks as well as the cholos(I lived in the'r barrio)...not too much in the way of pussy for the first two years...everybody think you're strange when you spend all your time FRYIN' BALLLS! (acid) But it always got me class clown, Those silly acid heads you know.
But I could skate the nuts off a dead squirrel! And when we started skating the high school while cheeleader's practiced, they started to think i was fuckable:thumbsup |
At the senior awards ceremony I received a standing ovation. Thought that was pretty cool. Then at the graduation ceremony I received the biggest applause, no shit. Was pretty shocked.
So I was either well liked or my mom paid everyone off. :1orglaugh |
Ummmm ... being a tad older'n dirt, I was a hippie - not in some half-assed retro sense, either, I mean the first time around. Got along okay with the greasers/motorheads, never did get along with a lot of the jocks. Had the school cop following me in the fucking graduation line for fear I'd light a joint or start some kind of protest.

I was the stoner bully that beat up all of the geeks, nerds and guitar heads.
|
Loner, Since I always had to work afterschool, but, since I was in 420 sales until I graduated in 91' I was cool with all crowds.
|
I was a big bookworm, dork, loner for most part and somewhat of a stoner. I hung out with mostly guys and was sorta considered one of the guys I suppose...come to think of it it wasn't a hugely exciting time for me!

Wouldn't surprise me... :1orglaugh |
Never hung out with anyone from my HS. All my friends were in college. I wore Italian suits and drove a sports car and worked mostly after school. Everyone thought I was a drug dealer so they gave me a wide berth. But my 10 year reunion is coming up next year. I may go to that.

Very kewl.
I also did 420 sales in High School and was a Skater. I hung out with all the crews. even the Cholo's We used to have Gang fights with 18th street and Venice. Those were the good old days nothing to worry about except where the next Keg party was gonna be. we used to also fuck with frat houses and steal there kegs. |
I was your basic cheerleader/prom queen until senior year when I discovered pot. Then I just got stoned all the time.
|
Roger I am shocked! Stealing Kegs - that's just wrong! :winkwink: :winkwink:
|
I was a pretty popular skate punk in highshcool... got to fuck a couple of cheerleaders cause i was dealing to them.. LOL
If i would have graduate it would have been with honors so i guess that i was smart ... I was in Long Beach so went to 3 different schools casuse of the drive by shootings... those were big back then so my mom moved us from the ghetto to a little less ghetto some of the best times that i had... not a worry in the world. All i had to figure out was how to get enough money to get to Fenders Ball Room ... if you knew the punk scene back then it was the spot.. AHHHH the good ole days i miss them so ... |

It was like being trapped in a dollhouse and all my friends were plastic people..........whoa......... |
I went to three different high schools, but switched four times; as in school A, school B, school A again, then school C ~ so I was forever labeled 'The New Girl'.
|
Damn Roger...you talk a lot about the HS days. That's cool tho. I liked HS...wish I could go back knowin' what I know now. :thumbsup
I was one of those knows/hangs w/ everyome types. I had the long hair, mohawk at times, crazy color hair, leather jacket, but also first string on the football team & sold drugs to all my team mates. I was also in a punk rawk band. Not sure where that all fits in, but... |
I hung out with a group of 5 or 6 friends in which 2 of my friends were pretty popular. I was in the advanced classes. I preferred having a few close friends and did not play the kiss ass to be popular or follow the leader game one seems to see in high school.. I was very innocent naive girl in high school..
I actually was considered a dog in high school which was funny if you know what I look like. When all the schools in the area had a grad party in Santa Cruz and my friends and I were asked to dance all night while the popular girls from our school stood with glaring faces it kinda clicked that my school was fucked up.. LOL My 20 year reunion is actually this Saturday but I am not going although a couple of my friends from high school keep whining for me to go . If Rush Limbaugh makes fun of the town I grew up in you know it's has to really suck.. LOL.... Anyway, when I was 18, I discovered the ROCK clubs and rockers.... Naturally, I had to marry one ... :) Long hair and leather jackets... woo hoooo |

and I'm always interested in hearing how people grew up and what type of back ground they have. Because some how we all ended up doing the same thing. |

I have to try THAT shit... :1orglaugh |
Remember that movie/80's TV show "Fame?" I went to that school in the visual art department. I wasn't exactly a geek, I was one of the guys who all the girls said "you're just like a BROTHER to me." I fucking hate that.
|
nerd/class clown
|
I was a loner bookworm for the most part of high school & the one most picked on. I was more than glad to graduate...
|
I always got along with everyone - the stoners, the jocks, the popular kids - I got kicked out of my first school for "playing with fire". But the school I graduated from was the same shit - I hung out with everyone!
|
I got kicked out of high school for low attendance, so I sorta skipped most of the clique shit.
High school. What a joke. |

I was popular and a stoner, it's called high school for a reason.
|
Myself and my mates were somewhere between the jocks and the geeks. Just normal i guess. We were all fairly popular, got along with most people.
