Whats the best way to find a live in maid?

Well almost live in. I dont want them actually living with me but there from like 9am-7pm. Cook, clean, etc. Won't steal etc.

Anyone got experience with this?

Dont get one from Craigslist. that bitch will clean your house out while you are out! I have used a maid service in the past. You can get reviews of the companies in your area and see which one suites you best.

Depends on the professionalism you're looking for. Craigslist i guess could be a good start, you could specify experience level you're looking for.
