What did you guys play in the streets when you were growing up.

We played Kick the Can and threw rocks at cars.

we played Sucide. You threw a tennis ball against a brick wall and someone had to catch it.If they dropped the ball they were going to get hit by everyone until they ran and touched the wall we threw the ball off of. Many kids got knocked out playing that game..god i miss it!!:thumbsup

Wall-ie (wall and soccer ball) was always popular. No rules soccer was tough but fun.

i grew up in the deep country so we would mostly have bbgun wars, stunt wars (we would be stunt men, while the other guys would be judges, mostly the kind of shit that you see on jackass but we invinted it) asso we were to poor for skateboards so we would have freestyle walking, i saw it latter on tv...

We were so pissed people copied us... fuckers

we played this in the street, and we also played it at the locla school, where we painted a strike zone on the back wall - I have heard this version called box ball. Made it a lot easier to play with small teams, and pitch fucking fast.

We had bbgun wars all the time. The rule was no more than 1 pump if close, 2 pumps if you were at a distance. Felt like a good bee sting when you got hit and left a huge welt. So there was a pain incentive not to get hit. I loved that game.

R3K conveniently left out the "backyard bukakke" we used to play with the cat.

That was when i was a bit older but the first year i had a car (a pick-up truck) We'd drive around smashing mailboxes with crowbars and axes, Do donuts in parks on the grass, harass scooters, smash into garbage cans and crush garbage bags. Those were the days. I'd smoke a big doobie every time my car survived an extra 1000km. Smoked so much weed in that car that i wanted to tear the roof off and smoke it before i was gonna sell it.

I was the only 9 year old female playing football in the street. Also we played Hide and Go Get It! It's where the guys would chase the females, which at that time were only two of us in the neighborhood, and if they catch you or find you, they get to fondle you.

Um another fave was riding on the handle bars of people's bikes as they flew down the street at whatever mph. We'd race each other. Teather Ball was another great one. And basketball of course. And also the game Jacks used to rock!

And there was this other time at Band Camp! Just Kidding.

Shit Roger, We threw everything at cars.. Snowballs during the winter and Frozen Potato puffs, cookies, water balloons, and anything we could find during the summer, skunk in the road, mailbox baseball. I would of hate to come down my street back in the day...
