I'm using GFY since you don't care about the tickets script on your site:

1. fix the PEAR functions access issues
2. check the payments we've done and close the ticket so we won't get more "we'll disconnect you" e-mails

Can anyone else post their experience with adulteuhost support? I'm considering getting servers with them

Overall AdultEUHost is a great company in my eyes. Technical, everything works like a charm, fast internet connection and very stable/reliable connection and servers. Only support has been slow in the past few weeks. Hope this changes soon, then everything is fine again and recommendable. I think good support is also very important for an internet host.

It's not 'also' very important, it IS very important. Adulteuhost needs to improve in that area.
