WE SPELLCHECK OUR BANNERS =)P

... and they get clicks !!

dirtymonkey 09-12-2002 12:53 AM

Wow! The most amazing thing is that you know someone probably checked these banners for spelling errors, and just overlooked them.

I posted about that same banner two weeks ago and they still have never done anything about it.......

kinkyplace 09-12-2002 06:04 AM

Has it occured to you that the spelling errors may be there just to catch your attention? :Graucho

sure it might be a publicity ploy, but it makes me think less of the company when they can't even get a banner ad right. it's not like these things are rushed, it would take 60 seconds to thoroughly review a banner ad for grammar and spelling.

actually its the fourth post about this banner.. it has to be intentional now lol

Thee Johnclave 09-12-2002 10:33 AM

Mike503... one of our Client Services gals spotted that typo a couple of weeks ago and we resent typo-free banners. Looks like Eric is just trying to help out with publicity. ;-)

Maybe we should bring you on to do QA? ;-)
