I bought a few domain names on eBay and the seller is refusing to transfer them to me. I emailed eBay twice in the last 2 months and received no answer.
Is this common? What should I do?

They usually respond, but it can take a while. Even as a power seller, I think we get a guaranteed reponse within 72 hours. -
Also...if you paid using Paypal, go through them as it's much quicker.Comment
