Epassporte scam
 

Check out this scam, I received an email:

"It has come to our attention that your epassporte account informations needs to be
updated..."

Then it links here...

Which is a duplicate of the epassporte site, and it asks you to enter username and password, now that's fucked :(

Why did you post the link? U r fucked up man, some naive GFY member/ visitor here is going to enter his real info, and have his account closed because of you ,grrrrrrrrr

This is classic phishing ... only the fools get scammed this way.

What's even better is once you "login" you are asked to update your banking details, including credit card/expiry/cvv2, and banking details :Oh crap

how would they steal your money if epass will block their ips? i mean epass has this ip feature i just noticed a while back.. i can;t login on epass last time due to a proxy/different ip.. but i haven't tried it again on other place.. maybe michael can elighten us about this

Cause they ask you to update your banking info, your cc info your ccv2, your expiration date, etc. I.E. They do not need epass to fuck you they already have your info.

ahh yup now i get i.. didn't thought of that. if they got your cvv2 and your virtual acct they dont need to logon on your epass acct they can use it anytime.. that sucks! thanks for elighten me :)

i dont think its about communication with epass, but its about database on that gov.pl site which is logging user:pass you put in the fake epassporte site ... that dont need to do anything with epassporte, the url looking end of phishing adress can be only url like looking directory ... :2 cents:

lolz .. scam is hosted on polish govt. domain .. www.hrubieszow.kppsp.gov.pl

I wrote to their hosting provider and 'hacked' the server, now it's a password protected. I've used c99shell that scamers have left in one of the directorties.
