I agree, what's the point? Let people think and say what they want. We're sheep? We try to force ourselves on all the other nations? We're selfish? Let them talk. We lead the world, people emulate us without or needing to force it on them and we've sent more than our share of American sons and daughters to die for other people's freedoms. Damn this one backfired.. I can fairly say that I post my opinions freely on things american related, but it doesn't mean I don't enjoy going either.. I love when I'm able to visit the USA, and I go quite often. I usually enjoy taking road trips more than flying so I can see the whole country. I've been to all 4 corners, and lots of places inbetween.. My opinions on what america does in their politics is entirely seperate as to how I feel about the country. What would I do for music without the USA? Now there's a scary notion.

The beauty of America is that you have the right to express your opinion's about the country and what goes on inside our country. Do you really believe this country is perfect?

The reason:
There are many Americans who post about America being the very best, and how everyone from another country sucks.

I also remember when the Queens mom died, All the Americans on this board were laughing about it.

So Roger don't act like a blinded fool. Sure people rag on America all the time, but everyday there are insults from Americans thrown back. So who really cares?

Same here. Go to a high school, or even college classroom to see how stupid people really are. I couldn't take it anymore...

I just dropped a class because the people in it were so damn stupid. There was a stuttering black woman who was majoring in African American studies who liked to talk / stutter a little too much and everything had to revolve around diversity and mass transit. Several people who evidently had not taken any intro classes previous so they were completely clueless. Then there was the stereotypical dirty tree hugger that had to try and turn everything into racism or sexism. And the ever present girl who thinks she knows alot, talks alot in class, and does not know jack shit. God I hate her.

It was three hours of me wanting to jab my own eardrums out.

The class was urban anthro. Its a shame, could have been a good course.
