I am looking for a host which offers virtual SEO packages for low traffic Blogs. I need about 10 IPs or so. Anyone have any recommendations or warnings? Thanks! :)

I can give you 10 IP's on 10 different C's, with 10 different NS for $129. If you would like it split between two datacenters, thus giving you at least 2 different Class A's as well, it is $139.
