Hey everyone,

I would like to introduce to you our latest project WWW.FUX.COM . We have developed this site over the last 11 months, and alot of time, work and money has gone into it. We are focussing 100% on the REAL amateur market, and tried to keep an eye for detail on every aspect of the site.

Before you label us as "just-another-tube" site, i would like to mention a few things. First of all, every single asset (movie or picture) gets reviewed by our review team (thank god for outsourcing!), so you won't find any bangbros, nastydollars or other on our site, like alot of the other sites that are taking alot of heat at the moment. It's not even in our interest to do so, as we are focused on the real deal amateur porn. Our review team has also been instructed to reject any submission that looks even remotely borderline to 18. We have a very solid Terms of Service in place that covers us on every front. Being outside of the US and not being subject to the 2257 laws, also helps.

I would like to thank a few of the most competent companies I have worked with in my 5 years in adult so far.

having worked with Steve and his crew I can assure everyone how much
work and effort they put in this product and the system it uses. One of the first
things I asked before getting involved in this project was to make sure this
wouldn't turn into a piracy machine with me did virtualxs.

Soon it became very clear that there was no need to worry about it. Before
we even met and talked about their project they already had planned almost
everthing out in great detail.

By the time we started working on this project and slowly turned the plan
into reality it became even more clear that this project isn't anything you
can compare to the countless video/community type of clones that popup
by 100's every day.

I can't say I am very impressed by the way and with professional and
financial scale they were confident with to set this up.....along the way
it was obvious that this is a well thought project and these guys knew
they will turn it into a successful business before they even started.

Apart from the investments made in hardware, hosting, and developement
of the software.....they took all the time needed which means more than
a few months to get it exactly right and as good as they possible could.

It takes a lot of courage to do that especially on a scale as big as this so
I have a lot of respect and admiration for the way the worked to their goal.
I can honestly say that the way this project was realised is something I
don't witness a lot.....so I wish Fux.com all the best and success which
I don't doubt they will get and I'm proud and feel privileged that I was
asked to be take a part in this......

It's not often that I post such big compliments about anyone and anyone
who knows me a little knows I'd never say this just to promote someone
and certainly not when I don't really believe it's that good.....but anyone
who will take a good look at this will see that this isn't just bro sweet talk
with nothing to back it up......

That's it.....else Steve will get too cocky and get strange fantasies and
illusions that I secretly fell in love with him and fantasize having very
wrong and bizarre sex with him.............:thumbsup

Oh yeah.....this love story is not only for steve but for the whole team,

I don't think a newly registered trademark for "Hoo.com" would have a case against "yahoo.com" or "anyHoo.com". If I'm wrong then that's truly fucked up. How do you infringe on something that you actually thought of first?

really unlikely events have to take place which I'd safely would qualify
as divine intervention or miracles that can't be explained.......that's

Gee, and by total chance I own amateurfux.com... go figure. It's just got a crappy free site on it for now but I think I can see the future.

My questions are this: How long do the free clips play (longer than 1 minute is a bad idea), what if anything do you have planned for affiliates, and what if anything are you doing to confirm model age, 2257 requirements, etc?

megarotic is proving that isn't exactly the case, they cut their free content views down from 10 to 3 this week, likely because bandwidth costs were blowing them out, especially considering they lost some of their processing and their ability to make income.

Freeloader traffic isn't much better than chinese traffic or hitbot clicks. Guys who have already used the kleenex aren't going to be buying porn memberships.

Yep, alot of time/thought/effort/money/work has gone into this, and tried to get everything just right before launch. We also decided since day 1, that if we gonna do it, we going to do it right.

Hehe, i will always make time to sit down with anyone and everyone at a convention, or talk over ICQ. Till 5 days ago I was just a "TGP guy", and now we run FUX, it's not like im going to turn into a jacko!

You are right. At this very point in time there is absolutely no revenue model on the site. We might pop up some limited stuff over the next weeks, but our main focus is community building right now, and we have more stuff coming over the next 6 months. So the short answer, yes, this site is only producing me bills to pay at the moment. Also, registration is FREE (its like a youtube account, you get some more features, not like you gotta pay there). I am not sure if that is obvious enough right now.

Right now the free clips play at full length, be it logged out or logged in with a free account. We are currently already tweaking things to put some sort of limitation on it for people who are logged out so:

1. They are more likely to sign up
2. If people don't even sign up for a free account, then screw em.

As far as working with affiliates goes, even with the revenue model we have coming in a few month, I am not sure how we will be able to integrate it with FUX. We might just keep growing our advertising limits, and perhaps set up PPC or per free confirmed registration on the site.

As to answer your last question, which I was sure was going to be raised in this topic. Right now, yes the site is "wide open" for people to submit to. However, we have a very solid TOS in place, and people need to confirm their age when signing up for an account. On top of that, every single asset that gets uploaded, gets reviewed manually. So anything even remotely doubtfull, gets declined. For the coming versions, we will have even more "checkpoints" in place, as people will have to email/fax/mail us a signed Model release and Valid ID. I am not going to spoil anything more about the coming versions though, so you guys will have to wait it out for that one. :)

That is strange. Where are you located. Thats something for Hans to look into. I just checked the Bandwidth graphs, and don't see any abnormalities over the last hours.

Right now we are only taking submissions from the absolutely REAL amateurs. Solo girl sites qualify as "produced" porn in our book, so far now we are not accepting such submissions. However, we do realize that the type of traffic base we will be building up, might be interested in such sites, so we are already working on a section where the solo girls/house wives etc, can post submissions. More about that soon.

Fux, good luck. My feeling is that unless you get right on the model age / model ID / model tracking thing, you will be in serious trouble. Without being able to prove the age of your models, no sane sponsor is going to want to be on your site, and you leave yourself open for some very nasty stuff indeed. I found stuff right off of page 1 that was in the category of "not sure":

I am not accusing you of anything (and that isn't the intent) but I am thinking you may have put the cart before the horse on this one. Making sure you models are all over 18 should be the number 1 priority at all times.

Have you confirmed this above assumption with a lawyer?

User submitted porn is too scary for me. I'll stick with licensed content and shooting my own work. Even living in Spain doesn't mean that someone couldn't upload video of underage teenagers fucking. Once you host it -- and even worse make money off it -- then you're fuX0r3d.

Im not going to fence of every single specific case, but as far as I see this picture doesn't even qualify as explicit. They are both wearing bikinis, and the girl who shows more later in that set is not the same one.

We have gone over all the options with our lawyers, and thanks for the concern, but things will be put in more perspective rather soon. I realize we are exploiting a bit of grey area.

Also to further clarify, we don't have ANYTHING regarding fux.com located in US. Hosting is EU based, company and myself are EU based, and so will anything else related to the site.

Before making assumptions, please READ my above posts first. Everything gets reviewed before it goes live on the site. So this is NOT the typical "user submitted porn" site, where people can upload anything and everything and it goes online.

The law is if you make money in the US(us traffic), you have to follow 2257. Now the reality of them putting fbi guys on plane to check your records is pretty slim.

I'm in the capital of richest province in Canada - Edmonton. No video will play smoothly and I'd never bother with a site on whihc I click the video to watch and have to take off for two hours so a 2 minute video fully loads so i can watch it without interruptions...
