Who is a Flash expert that takes Paypal?
 

I'm messing about encoding some clips into Flash 9 and want to stop them from preloading but still show the first frame until the play button is pressed. Who can I pay via Paypal to walk me through that real quick? Trying to stay productive between work and learn a new tool.
