It's an interesting conversation for sure... Whether they do or not is only something that the program owner would know. You can't at all blame them for deciding to not do business with you though, can you? Everyone here is sailing their own ship and gets to pick and choose who they do business with. It's the case for both webmasters and affiliate programs. He's within his rights to cancel your account and if what you suggested as possibly being true is actually false you can't blame the company owner for taking issue with you on that... If someone suggested the same thing about your business on a public forum that would inevidably affect business regardless of whether the statement or suggestion was true or not, wouldn't you be upset?

Humurous.. I'd agree that the conversions aren't what I would like them to be but they do ok.. I always find it interesting how the people that complain about conversions etc. typically have the site plastered all over their sites "forever"... or, as in this case it appears, they compare conversion rates when a site is in beta or is still fresh and new.. with conversion rates many months later when every man and their dog has been promoting it.

I am stuck. I can understand booting a webmaster for posting such info true or not. At same time I feel they should issue and send out any money due.

They decided they'd keep my last check owed for actually speaking up (end of august period)

When you publicly trash an adult program and have no definitive proof to back up your accusations other than your "opinion", you always run the risk of getting termed and loss of any payables. You would certainly lose any and all rebills from such a program.

The key here is posting proof. Take screenshots of your stats etc BEFORE coming to the boards. Be thorough about it. Others have done it against other programs in the past and come out smelling quite lovely, because their proof was solid. The Rconn/PIB incident for example.

So far he hasn't posted any proof, and if he had of done so I would have backed him. Sorry, one gets what one deserves and only brought it on oneself when posting accusations without proof.
