Some guy wants to buy one of my domains
 

So this guy emailed me yesterday wanting to buy one of my domains. His original offer was $800 and I countered $1,600. We agreed to $1,000 then he emails me telling me his wife just bought a similar name and that the most he'll go is $800, which was his orignal offer. My ego is worth that extra $200... not going to do the deal :2 cents:

I hate when people lie using their spouse or partner's name. He could simply tell ya that he retract his offer of $1k and best offer is still $800, simple.

Just tell us the domain and we'll tell you if we think $800 is good enough.

Tell him that your wife recently sold an equitable domain name for $2000 and she will not allow you to sell it for anything less.

I wouldn't sell either. When you both agree to an offer the seller and buyer should both live up to the agreement.

Just sold for 1k... in transfer process. So far my 3rd domain sale (ever), waiting for the big payday, got solid names :thumbsup

Congrats. Gives anyone holding on to a semi-decent domain some hope that they can convert. Maybe. Unless the guy fucks you over by reversing charges... so we'll wait this one out. :)
