Pavarotti death watch...
Apparently he is unconscious and his kidneys are failing. Sounds like it won't be long. You don't have to be an opera fan to know there aren't/weren't many like him.
Yea, saw the story on yahoo... he's one of a kind
I bet that is going to be a funeral to beat few others.
I dont know,i am still mouring for Barry White.
is it aids?
Good thing I saw him in concert... he didn't look too well even back then.
had no idea he was sick - news story says he had surgery for pancreatic cancer in 2006. there isn't a worse cancer than pancreatic, nobody beats it.
he's 71, older than I thought. sad, he was a legend even if i don't appreciate opera. |
ahh.. that's to bad :(
true legend
Considering how poor his health was for much of his life, he is very lucky to have made it to 71, and we have been lucky to enjoy his singing this long as well.
Time is a bitch, nobody escapes it. |
yeah, I didn't know he was 71..I sort of assumed due to his lifestyle that he looked older than he was in reality
Is it over when the fat man STOPS singing?
I also didn't know he's 71
hope he gets well |
A true legend..doesn't look good for him though
At his size he has outlived where he should have anyway.

Yeah, the way the news is handling the story is sound much like a 'cat is on the roof' story and the next story is that it has fallen off and died..softener stories for when it really happens. Remember when Sinatra died? It was softener stories for ages before.
