I had the same problem yesterday so I finally e-mailed instead. Then they responded to my e-mail with an answer that had nothing to do with the question!

Dunno why I chose them as my processor. They really are as bad as people say.

IBill no longer has phone service - Since Worldcom went belly up, IBill's phone service was canceled.

Go with CCBill instead.
