Lost - Way easy, they've already come close as it is.

Well, considering one of my all time favourite TV shows is "Yes, prime minister" and as a political parody has almost no women in it, I assume I wouldn't really want to see the porn version!

Monty Python's Flying circus is more amusing and politically incorrect than any porn movie would ever be, so that's another bad choice.

I simply don't remember any favourite shows that could be pornalised from the times I yet had a TV ("the Cracker", "Simpsons", "Twin Peaks"...).
