webair down again the fucks
i got a shared hosting account for a small site of mine, 4 months ago.
since then, webair has been down 4 fucking times!!! its really one of the worst hosting companies i've dealt with. stay away! |
I'm down too, been down going on two and a half hours. Possibly longer as nothing's loaded since I woke up this morning.
Anyone else having issues this morning? |

I can't understand the amount of hype webair gets around GFY. I had a little site there and it went down more than my girl (and she LOVES the cock). Webair can eat my ass with a spoon. They suck and so does anyone who claims they don't suck.

I have a dedicated server and when i just looked at 9.12 Pacific all was fine. There have been a few times that the server has been down but it lasted just a few minutes.

mine is up ...as always, for me it's the best hosting company ever... before, when I hosted at my buddy server with two other big hosting providers our sites were down more and more often, and their support sucked. He needed to beg them for every reaction and wait, and many times they simply screwed up the job ...and with webair I almost don't need support and my sites are always up. :2 cents: :)

i've had a few issues with them and i've been signed up for two months only. my virtual account goes down for 2 hours at a time, i think they overload there virtual servers with accounts which i don't think is right if they do. they should just load there servers with the amount of accounts the server was built to handle. and whenever you open a ticket they always give an excuse that your on a "virtual account". i guess just because we have virtual accounts they think it's okay for us to have some shitty service. what a bad way to treat customers. why would i ever want to get a dedicated server with them if they treat me like this while i'm testing there services. i have 6 dedicated servers on different hosts, and if Webairs services remains like this i would never upgrade to a dedicated account. :2 cents:

their shared hosting has always been terrible. There are threads like this for year. Bottom line a client is a client and a good company must provide equally good service for every package they make available. I don't understand the reasoning its virtual/shared package not dedicated. This overall harms their image and on top of that their clients.

All this bullshit about a SQL server for some Virtual hosts being down for 20 minutes? IF your sites are so mission critical, you just have to get the plan that cost you$19.95 a month. That include live support. With Live support, you contact THEM and save valuable time instead of posting on GFY.
If 19.95 a month is to much for you, then you should find another job. |
