    I'm going to North Shore Hawaii for some surfing soon, anything else...

    I should do or see while I am there? I know some of you live there.
    It looks like it might rain while I'm there, that should help with the surf.

    You need to wait a few more months before the north shore starts to break. Plenty of surf in town right now though.

        yup North shore is pretty much flat this time of year try Ala Moana or Makapu'u

        Although it could be your chance to say you surfed Pipeline (just don't tell them it was a 1 foot wave) ;)

                  Ala Moana has a heavy local vibe. Try surfing Kaisers or some of the other breaks off Waikiki. When you're not surfing head over to Hamana Bay and do some snorkling. If you're dead set on surfing the north shore you need to at least wait until after Thanksgiving otherwise you will just be sightseeing.
