designers - I need a real estate website template
 

ok, its not for me, its for a friend of mine and I'm trying to help


basically if you have done one in the past and you're selling the template I'd like to take a look at it


there are plenty of templates for $50 or so but I'd rather buy it from someone I can get easily in touch with in case I need to do some changes etc

some details:

there should be a search option where people can search according to price range, type of property (house, apartment, plot etc), region etc

ability to display thumbs linked to bigger pictures

the navigation menu - hot offers, houses, flats, plots etc

the site should be country independent meaning there should not be hard coded say UK regions, or the price displayed only in euros etc

thanks, ok, basically she wants to pay something in the $100-150 range, as I said there are plenty of ready templates for $50 but she wants to pay just a bit extra for the privilage of being able to contact the designer if the need arises ;)

She can always get a designer to do minor changes after buying a template at monstertemplates or some other site. I don't think there are many design studios around with a real estate website template.
