You know this industry SHOULD be about more than your bottom line. If the model is showing signs of an eating disorder (bones showing is a classic sign) then i wouldnt push it in a million years. You owe something to the model.

Girls sometimes think they have to starve themselves to look pretty and get more work. That girl is not eating properly or she would have at least some fat on her arms and ribs.

No where near the worst ive ever seen, but its not a good look and she cannot possibly be getting the nutrients she needs to be healthy.

Actually, a few of the girls (and one of the guys) that I've known since middle school eat like there's no tomorrow and still look rail thin. That's just the way they are, they have very high metabolisms and can not gain weight. I know for a fact that NONE of them have eating disorders. Some people are just really thin naturally. :2 cents:

Those aren't the most flattering poses for her, but I like models to be skinny! More girls should look like that or close to it. There is a lot more of an issue with models being *over*weight not underweight in this industry, which is an exact mirror of the obesity problem in our society overall.

I hire girls who just barely turned eighteen all the time and a lot of them noticeably pork out fast, sometimes in a matter of a few months. No wonder when they come over my place to do their scene with a bag of McDonalds for lunch followed by a coke and a cigarette for dessert.
