Other than analyzing suspicious traffic for an abnormal % of proxies what other techniques/anlaysis do people use to catch hitbotters?

Also, what is the difference between I.P. Spoofing and just simply using http proxies?

this is for a smaller non adult banner exchange thing i am doing.
Mainstream has just as many cheats as adult.
