What do you use to notify you of GFY threads and what not concerning you?

I know some people have nothing better to do then whore out here. Those of us that actually work and would like to know about threads concerning thought, what do you use?

yah, but they fall VERY short of specific and PRECISE results. If they want to hit me up for suggestions though I'd be glad to help, and use them in the future.
