Which sponsors require W9 forms and who also has free hosted galleries? I want to sign up and fax my W9 information all at once, so I'm looking for a list of sponsors that require this.

Very Very few send out w9 forms nor any tax data, things that make ya go hummmmm and why I take checks still. Even worse now with so many smaller sites now issuing payments themselves now too.
