WebAir Dedicated Clients - Are You Satisfied?
I'm thinking about switching to a WebAir dedicated server...just wondering if I could get some testimonials to kick my ass into making the switch (or some warnings to push me in another direction.)
Have you had ANY downtime on your dedicated plan? Are the support response times decent? Do they setup modules, etc quickly? etc... Thus far Mike and Gerard have been rather helpful - I'd like to know if this will hold true once I get signed up. I have no reason to think it wouldn't, but I'd like to hear of your experiences. I've been very happy with my dedicated server at webair. Support is fast. One of the main reasons I host with them is because they have 24/7 phone support.

Support is EXTREMELY fast. If I have an issue I usually call at 4am, talk to a living tech in person, and my problem is fixed by sunrise.

I started with a single virtual account with webair for the whopping $9.95. I know have a dozen dedicated. Enough said ;)

webair is great to use for simple shit. eg. posting galleries, ect
but anything more complicated involving scripts, databases, dynamic material, ect is out of their range of expertise. look elsewhere.. |
