Epassporte stealing our money!!!!
 
I'm not the type of guy that goes in public with this kind of matters... but I'm doing this as a last resort to get epassporte to give us our money...

We wired an amount of 2500 euro to epassporte more then 3 weeks ago and it still hasn't appaired in our account...

When i sent in email using Outlook I get no reply at all!! when I sent in an message using their messaging system I get always the same reply stating the following
"
Normally, when you transfer money into epassporte via a wire
transfer it takes 7-10 business days(weekends and Holidays not
included). If you transfered money to epassporte more than 10
buisness days please contact us and let us know the exact date you
made the transfer so we can see what is going on.
"

It doesn't matter what i type in the message the reply is always the same!

I have been trying to contact them already 2 weeks with the details screenshots and everything but its just simply immpossible

Is it just me or is Epassporte simply just stealing our money???

I'm also going to contact Michael on icq which I really don't like to do, as I feel sorry for this guy having to fix everybody's problems because his colleagues are not doing a good job!!

How do you wire to your account? I was told that service was discontinued 6 months ago, and that is also what the site say.

I don't like at all to complain on forums about anything but i'm just full of frustration here.. And its not the first time for me to get something done at epassporte.. Just to get the account was a big pain in the ass already...

I really like their site and when everything goes well Epassporte is a great service to use.. Just when something doesn't go right it can be a nightmare to get it fixed...

We had a similar problem in the past with a much larger amount of $$, however the money was indeed credited. There were some bank issues causing the delay on their end. Talk to Michael, he has been nothing but good to us at MassiveDollars. If it can be fixed -- He can get it done!

Can you please email me the wire receipt from your bank, your UserID and a phone number where we can reach you.
Or can you call the business account office directly?

i never had a problem with epassporte. we get about 40 or 50k usd each year and not one problem...

Expect an answer to your email inquiries about three weeks after you sent them -- that's how long their email answering queue was last time I got stuck in it.

DO NOT expect the response to be useful.

I have had some serious issues using my Epass Visa Electron card recently. Nobody takes it. My Virtual Visa doesn't seem to work very well either.

Epass is great! and Michael has helped me in more then one occasion with a 100% success rate!
