Do to circumstances out of my control, I will be going offshore within12 months. My choices have been dwindled down to Bahamas or Belize. I think Belize would be easier. I might do Jamaica if I can get the right connections. I might even consider Europe. Maybe somewhere like Spain.

Also, I'm looking for an offshore billing company...Not some Russian scam shit, but a company from a country that isn't going downhill.

You could get the privacy you need, but it would likely cost you $2,000+ a year in maintenance fees to properly maintain the business in an offshore country.

Just remember: In order to escape US law (if you are a US citizen), you need to give up your citizenship, too. Income made offshore is just as taxable as income made inside the US. In fact, it may be taxable both there AND here.
