Get screwed - How not to
 

I am starting a website with a guy that I have never met, doesn't even live in my country and I he owns all the domains. We agreed on a 50/50 revenue share (mostly providing from advertisement). The thing is that eventhough I trust this guy, I don't want to get fucked and have no idea of how to make sure that it won't happen. What is the best legal option to adopt considering that it is not possible for us to have a "real-life" meeting yet. Any ideas?
