If you had a website that made you $100 every single month like clockwork without fail, and it required a $10 hosting account and 30 min of your time each month, what would you do with it?

Put in 5 hours of work a month and make $1000 every month instead of the hundo. :2 cents:

im buying all sites that make small amounts of money but require not much work or no work at all, and aren't depending on SE's for most of their traffic

so e.g a small text tgp with old link or bookmakers traffic etc

$10 domain reg fee, $10 month hosting x 12 = $130

$100 a month x 12 = $1200

Would you like to wake up 10 years from now and have an extra $12,000 in a savings account for doing nothing?

$400 is a little cheap, don't ya think? They say you should buy a business for about 3 years of its gross sales... so I have heard, anyway.

I'd try to fine tune it a bit, find a way to lower the hosting cost or move it to a shared account with other domains. Try to increase the revenue or automate the work that takes you 30 min/month. Then repeat like mad.

I would sell it as I find the more projects I have out there - the more space they take up in my brain and distract from other more profitable projects. But maybe that's just me I get distracted easy. :2 cents:
