employers are looking people up on there and it effects their hiring choices.

I see it as a wonderful way to actually find out truths about people, if their myspace is covered in tacky, blingy, flashy shit? Yeah, probably not going to get hired for their intelligence :)

the funniest thing about myspace - cheaters and prospective employees alike - is that some people seem to forget that it's a public place....

i always look up their myspace if im renting a house to a younger person, you can usually yell what type of person they are by looking at their page.
