If someone is uploading stolen content to Torrent sites they are breaking the law. so sue the Torrent sites into giving out the IP address of the uploaders. Then go after them.

The downside as I suspect is it will prove very expensive and the uploaders can hide their IP address.

But it's something to consider.

Sounds like a legal nightmare where the only people who win are the lawyers.
