DRAMA with eppasporte
 

Hi there,

I want to share with you my expiriences with ePassporte. I have requested and PAID $35 for electron card 8th february! Today is 27th august and i still don't have it :( I wrote to ePasessporte but they told me "yes we will send new tommorow" that's was 17th april! I again wrote epassporte 25th august again and i didn't get ANY anwser to date!

So people, tell me what do I do?
I have paid for the ATM card but didn't got it for more than 6 months!

And personaly know people from my town who received plastic card when they told me my was sent also. They got it for 14 days.

everytime I see a thread like this it scares me, and from what I can tell the easy way to get things solved with epass is to make a thread here and keep bumping till they fix, funny how so many adult related biz's react fast when a post is made here.

I love the way Michael O fixes individual problems, but nobody from Epassporte ever tries to explain why their regular support is a permanent clusterfuck or what they are going to do to fix it (presumably, nothing).

Other companies with a persistent problem come up with strategies to fix the problem, and then they trumpet those strategies to whomever will listen in order to create the impression of positive change.

Epassporte, not so much.
